Rebif is used to treat relapsing forms of MS to decrease the frequency of relapses and delay the occurrence of some of the physical disability that is common in people with MS. The campaign created is deeply rooted in their support of their offerings. Care on a first name basis was created by using name tags of real support reps to show what is offered in the nurse support program. The campaign included a pocket guide and a nurse dashboard that neatly housed important links chat rooms and videos for the nurse to have a robust dialogue with their patient.
